The plant has an installed annual capacity to produce over 3 Lac Running Meters of Conveyor belting per annum with synthetic or conventional reinforcements.

The sophisticated and hi - tech equipment impart unique features for improved performance.All the machinery has Control Panels by which the time, temperature & pressure is pre-set on the basis of belt thickness (data provided by lab) to the production department. All the parameters can be monitored through Control Panel. It is equipped with electronic control.. The plant integrates a high degree of polymer and textile technology with high standards in process control and product testing, utilising the most recent machinery in conveyor belt manufacture. Asian has followed a policy of procuring machinery and equipment from international leaders.
